Real estate brokerages/agents can utilize up to 3 templates for easily generating content on digital screens.
Listing Template: Lucit will connect to the real estate MLS and automatically generate creatives based on current available listings. The graphic designer will create a listing template that leaves space for whatever the brokerage wishes to advertise including agent name, phone number, email, headshot, listing address, price, photo, etc. All of these fields will be automatically filled in the with the real-time data from the MLS. Each agent will only have to click a plus icon to choose the listings they wish to promote. As listings are added/removed to the MLS or changes occur, such as price, Lucit will automatically update.
Business Card Template: Lucit will connect to the real estate MLS and automatically generate creatives based on the real estate agents in the brokerage. The graphic designer will create a listing template that leaves space for whatever the brokerage wishes to advertise including agent name, phone number, email, and headshot. All of these fields will be automatically filled in the with the real-time data from the MLS. If anything changes, such as phone number, Lucit will automatically reflect the change.
Post Template: The post template will have dynamic fields for a photo and text. Agents can click +Post, choose a photo, type a caption, and a creative is generated. It’s that simple. They can make creatives whenever they wish. Favorites of agents include sharing open houses dates/times, or congratulating new homeowners on their purchase.
Promote SOLD listings
Real estate agents like to promote their sold listings to let people know they are successfully selling houses and currently doing business. With Lucit’s MLS connection, they can set a rule to run sold listings for up to any number of days that that they choose after the sale. These listings will show up with SOLD on them.
Lucit allows real estate brokerages full control of their digital billboard campaigns. From the brokerage level, they can choose which of their agents’ content will run on the screens and at what percentage of the plays each agent will receive. Every individual agent will have their own login and access to only their own listings. At the agent level, they can control the frequency that their creatives run within their own share of plays on the screens.
Don’t hesitate to onboard your current real estate clients into Lucit. You don’t want your competitors to be the first ones to tell them that they can do this.
